Such lovely, friendly staff everytime I go in. Today I went in to pay in some money from our PTA Fundraiser and take some money out for floats for our Fete... Connie was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. As it was quiet with being end of day, she even sorted all the individual floats for me for the stalls with the monies withdrawn, which saved me a big job tonight! So grateful to her! She is an asset to Lloyd's! Thank you Connie and all the super staff for great customer service!
Today i go in loyds bank to withdraw my money in morning 9am they says you can’t withdraw your money. They ask me too many questions. And say neither you witdraw your money or not be transferred. Than i go second time to witdraw money than they call the police and the police treat me as a criminal. They took my fingerprints as well my frind rozsa (translator) fingerprints. Hi I will never recommend Loyds Bank to anyone, Today 11:30,I support my friend son to translation ,he is adult student and not confident, He want take cash out from his acount,they don’t let him.After he want close his savings acount,and they call fraud team and the police!2 police car come with 4 officers!
