Disgusting customer service today at this Lloyd’s Bank branch. Came in and went to the counter and one of the staff ask what I want. I like the counter services and they forced me to use the Machine even tho that is not what I wanted. Went to HSBC and they sorted my Money out and they was lovely. Always preferred HSBC Anyways. Time to close my Lloyds Bank Student Account and choose Another Bank for a Backup. Useless staff here and Such Dreadful customer service.
