Barclays lost a customer this month…after visiting the Llyod's branch for a quick meeting. I switched from Barclays very easily using the app (which is better app too) and they gave me £175 as an incentive which I got the day my current account switched. All my debits got auto switched along with my salary. And it’s easy to setup joint accounts and child saving accounts on the app, whilst Barclays was a pain having to go into the branch then they did it wrong.
