Manager here needs to get back to basics... when you open your doors 45 mins late to a queue of customers it is usually better to start with an apology rather than patronise them for being too close together.

The Staff Here are Absolutely Brilliant - Customer Services are Not. I recently Opened a Current account With Lloyds, and the Same day it was Opened, I recieved a text message Telling me that it was Unsuccessful. I visited the Branch The Following Day, And was then told that It was Unsuccessful ( at 10). The Same Day I recieved A Text message telling me that it was successful, So i am Confused as to whats actually going on . You can't contact them directly; there's only an 'internal 'phone number, and even then they don't pick up when using this. Only one or two cashiers and the last time I finally got some service, was asked if I realised that I could use the automated pay-in machine. Automated pay-in machine not working! SO SLOW in there. Don't go unless you've got shed loads of spare time.
