I feel have to make this comment as yesterday an elderly friend of mine went into Lloyds Bank to inquire about running a "small business" and he told me that the lady who "greeted" him was extremely rude. He said she looked at him up and down before answering, and she didn't really know the answer at all. Graham said she proceeded to answer questions in a very rude manner and was very sharp.
