Really good staff who were incredibly helpful.
The young man who served me was so patient with all of my queries…a credit to the bank.
Helpful and doing there best in these difficult times
Went in looking to setup banks account for my children and rudely got told to go home and do it online. Went next to NatWest who were really busy but did everything they could to help and and give me what I needed
Friendly staff. But they can only take 10 bags of coins per day - why is this? I had to come back twice, which was unnecessary.
