The staff in here are awful towards their customers. I went in there today Saturday November 4th 2023, and the woman behind the counter has a terrible attitude. All I asked her for was a bank statement, not a printed one because the principality building society doesn’t except them for Identification purposes to open a new account, which I wanted to do for a savings account with them. She had the audacity to call me a liar and tell me they are excepted even though I already tried giving them a printed statement in person at ... read more
Awfully rude, When a loyal customer for more than 30 years, multiple accounts. Staff argued that I am not allowed to withdraw money without putting my PIN number in on a broken card (which is the reason it was actually broken ) And a replacement issued! I'm not at the bank to argue or to be patronised by someone who is supposed to be there for help and support.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
