I just been in to talk about my account personal details after work & considering there are other ppl behind me & i politely asked if i can speak with her to 1 side and the manager seeing me at the counter was totally rude & had interest in moving or helping me other than get me out the door faster. She could of at least been polite & said I'm sorry i have to stay here if this is a bad time please come back another time.
My card got blocked. Went in branch, was shown to an office where I was able to contact the fraud dept. and resolve the problem. Even made me a brew... Got £150 comp. Thanks Lloyds...
Went in and great customer service always happy to help even though I don't bank with them
Rude members of staff
My son has been trying to sort out problem with his account and nobody at this branch can be bothered to help him get it sorted. His appointment was cancelled at short notice last week, and despite promises nobody has got back to him.
