Went into Great Yarmouth branch today ,didn't have a appointment, Scott asked if he could help and he was fantastic sorted our accounts right there and then was very professional and friendly all in all 5 star experience
Some harsh comments on here. People have got to realise this is the only bank in Gorleston. Other banks have abandoned the high street. Staff there are polite and helpful.
Staff friendly but soooo slow. No organisation, people go to the cashiers with very long queries whist the help desk or enquiries desk is pretty much empty. It’s run like a tiny village branch where little old ladies come in to chat about their ailments. Closing times are a joke (3:30pm) all in all a nightmare for modern day customers.
Turned up on a Saturday to deposit some money into my bank account as I work during the week and I couldn't because the bank was closed so I had to go to the great yarmouth branch! Quite disappointed to be honest as had to wait a whole!
