I am one of the growing number of people who have been scammed by LLHI group of companies. They made the sale (loft insulation) took a 50% deposit and failed to turn up to do the work (3 times). The promise a refund but I've been chasing it now for a couple of months. I'm not alone. It looks like they are trying to close the company down now.
At first I was looking for their pest control service as a urgent matter and I paid them in full in advance as a so called requested standard procedure. They kept putting off my appointment for 2-3 more weeks which I couldn't bear. I don't know if they are understaffing or this is how they run the business. I'm glad I didn't use their service in the end. They can be very proactive in emailing and calling you everyday to make a payment but once you are looking for a refund no one's answering the phone! The company was great! Helped answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease through the pest issues, would definitely recommend. Will definitely be using again
