Great service received….from my mum pressing alarm response arrived 27 minutes.
Had this service to help our mum as and when needed. Absolute waste of time and money! A few times my mother was let down by this company, always busy and no one available to help! What is the point in having this service when you can't provide? Very rude staff member spoke to my sister and was disrespectful to how she described our mum's voice on the phone! No empathy or respect and I wouldn't reccomend anyone have this service it's a shambles!!!
Directed to these for out of hours repair. Had a hole in my ceiling that had boiler waste leaking through causing a collapse, it was fixed but the plumber left no seal on my bath causing excess water to leak through when I bathed my little boy, risking further collapse. They refused to help as they didn’t see fit for emergency, knowing I explained my ceiling was already crumbling and with a hole in it that was due to collapse more especially with water coming through. Avoid the service provider and find an alternative as I now am. System failed to identify fall of my 93 old mother. Call center consistently busy and cuts you off when trying to get through. This is for a service provision via wrexham BC.
