Worst company ever done my house after a flood now all my walls are cracked used the cheapest paint, said to my insurance they had done things when they didn't, my kitchen units are falling to bits, i asked to see the manager one day and they sent me someone pretending to be the manager said they had a portable cabin in my garden they didn't but charged my insurance for it, I am phoning them next week to see if someone will.come back to the kitchen because door's are all loose. Terrible experience from start to finish. My mum had a flood at home and LLED were assigned to us through Saga Insurance. They don’t turn up when arranged. Ripped the kitchen out then didn’t come back for weeks. Communication nothing but hard work. Poor workmanship and actually caused a second flood due to a shoddy plumber and we had to claim a 2nd time due to their incompetence. They love to blame everyone else but themselves, even their customers. AVOID!!
