terrible doctors changes people's perscription and refuses to change them back if you don't accept your new prescription you will be left without
This health centre is not reliable at all. It is useless to waste two days due to their negligence and wrong feedback/ signpost. I just pray that no one have serious issue and in need of them!
The worst doctors with the worst receptionist
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Jane in Llanedeyrn on the appointment line. I had a problem getting my 92 year old mother-in-law to her B12 appointment with the nurse ((Caroline). M-I-L desperately needs her B12 on time as she starts to feel unwell. My husband had a 10.20 and couldn’t get her there until 11am for her 10.10am appointment. The new building looks great, lots of room, clean and so much space, however, i still get sent elsewhere!?! Does the building lack medical staff? If so, what a load of money wasted on such a big space. one of the receptionists is just terrible, She is rude and unpleasant and had me even contemplating to leave the surgery, very unprofessional member of staff, who seems to upset a lot of patients. Great building, major staff issues.
