LL Estates under valued our house by £30k. Luckily we got more than one valuation done and sold our house for £30k more meaning we have been able to afford our dream home. Also the fee was cheaper than LL Estates as it was a percentage not a £3k flat fee, which also doesn’t give LL Estates incentive to value your house for the right price. They also charge extra for photos which were completely free with the estate agent we went with. Always get more than one valuation.
