These cleaners are a scam. Having done a really bad clean for our end of tenancy, they claimed (only after we complained) that there was no hot water - I have since read other reviews that report the same false excuse. They also said that they couldn't work properly because of posessions left in the flat. Both my flatmate and I had moved our belongings out of the flat, with the exception of one or two small items on a table, and in the fridge.
