I had been suffering with really painful sciatic pain in my lower back from a herniated disc for about 4 months that wasn’t shifting. I had tried every other possible remedy without success until I found Liz. I’d never tried acupuncture before so was a little apprehensive but Liz was fantastic and but me at ease. Highly recommend liz I have been going to liz many years on and off and she has full knowledge off her work if in doubt try her out what do you have to loose the cost is reasonable as well
