Not used Livingstons before but Kelly who dealt with our house sale & purchase was fantastic. She went above & beyond to make sure we completed on the day we’d agreed, despite everything being thrown at us to derail the move from other parties. Hard to find someone like this nowadays! Reception team were lovely too. Would highly recommend for conveyancing!
