Brand new facility, immaculately clean and peaceful, friendly helpful receptionist and staff, parking just outside, Couldn’t be better.
Had an urgent MRI 8 weeks ago still waiting results as they haven’t even looked at them. Deserve to have funding removed and closed down for incompetence

Went for Abdominal Ultrasound at North Kent Community Diagnostic Center, Anuu is the Sonographer, such a extremely rude lady haven’t seen anyone since 10 years with NHS, OMG her concentration is only on patients are waiting but she doesn’t know how to treat, care & serve the patients. She pressed my tummy like anything that as she could not see anything properly. Extremely uncomfortable left with pain! Kindly report her immediately!
Attended the CT department today being a very nervous patient, it was easy to park nearby when arriving at Livingstone urinology The gentleman and both the ladies doing the procedure could not have been kinder and put me at ease
