Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered 8 weeks ago for a delivery on Mother's Day, cleared all plans because of it. I cleared my old living room furniture getting ready for the Sunday delivery. I checked the site on Wednesday and it still showed my original delivery window. I called on Saturday because I didn't receive the email I was supposed to get with the precise delivery window, only to be notified there would be no delivery tomorrow and no clue when It might happen. Purchased a rug in April. Promised it would be delivered 5 days later. It's now 21 days and no rug. No-one know where it is and the right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing. Do NOT rely on this company to give you any customer service. I have been attempting to cancel my order for the past week and no-one will take my call, no-one will return my call.

I had a great experience with this company when I first used them in 2017 to furnish our 1 bedroom vacation condo When we purchased a 2 bedroom condo in 2021, I used them again and had a horrible experience. I purchased furniture online on 2/17/21 and selected my delivery date of 4/3/21. Everything was in stock at that time & I thought I was being responsible ordering so far in advance. Please please please do not buy their furniture! We previously had their furniture when we lived in CA. The couches only lasted a few years before we had to replace them. We decided to give them another try when they moved into Pflugerville. I'm unhappy to report that their furniture is still trash. We purchased a living room set in December 2019. Probably the most Incompetent company you will ever deal with. I bought a couch from them 10 weeks ago. Last week we finally got noticed that our couch was in the way. so I took a day off work so they can deliver and build it. I get a 30 min heads up but no one shows up. Waited 2 hours before calling them and having them tell me they had to cancel my order due to a missing piece and someone will be calling me back. No one calls me back. This store has terrible customer service. I purchased two lovely Krista Eggplant Accent Chair chairs that arrived unassembled. When my husband and I tried to install the legs, we discovered that the hardware was not the correct size. I called the store and was told that they would not fix the chairs because we had treated the fabric. The fabric is perfect, but the chairs have no legs. Ordered a bed frame from Living Spaces for my parents to visit..for the first time since COVID. Waited around all day Saturday for it to arrive. Then, out of nowhere, without a call or explanation, I received an email that the order was Cancelled! I called, and they had no idea Why it was cancelled and the rep entering the notes was "out to lunch." I asked for a supervisor and there was an Internal Error! Purchased two sofas and a chair from Scottsdale AZ store. It was delivered quickly. However, upon inspection of one sofa and the chair, there were tears in the fabric around portions of the wood frame. There was no one in the area that could do repair so the warranty department opted to replace the items. The chair was exchanged but the sofa was not because it was out of stock.
