We bought a bed with an adjustable base in 12/2019. To protect our investment, we also bought a 10 year warranty plan, which expires in 2029. At some point during the last few months, the frame has gotten messed up on the adjustable base. The frame doesn't come together on one side of the bed and it is bent. It took a few weeks to notice it and then we filed a claim under the terms of the extended warranty purchase. Before this was done we went into the store. We purchased a few thousand dollar furnitures from living space. The bed was told to be shipped within 2 weeks, but it has been two months passed *** staff told us it would be around August!!! Also two caffe tables still have not been shipped yet. Cannot believe the deliver time is unpredictable and it would take 4 months for deliver.

Ordered a bedroom set in February. Still have not received it. When I called to inquire, they said the earliest delivery is October. I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one. This company has stole over $3000 without delivering items and will not issue a refund. The only options they are giving is to wait or pick another set. They also give us very basic replacement options but wonÂ’t give a refund on difference in price/quality.

We order a sofa set with reclining seat. The sofa was delivered without the power adapter. The agent says the warehouse is processing our request to send the power adapter to us. We didn't hear any updates from living space until after the 7 days return window, saying that they need another 8 weeks to send us the power adapter, We have been calling living spaces every day after the sofa is delivered and waited on line for more than 30 minutes but didn't get chance to talk to their agent... I need someone to help me get the sofa and tables I ordered. I'm 67 yrs old the sofa is so low its hard for me to get up. It's not the same furniture I ordered.

After 6 months of working through filing a claim with their Carefree division, we finally received the news that we were approved for the replacement of our recliner. I was told by the Carefree representative to contact Living Spaces to order my replacement. After spending more time talking to representatives there, when I was finally ready to place my order, the representative said I could only replace the recliner with one of equal or LESSER value. I wish I could leave a negative score! First, I want to admit I did not research either Living Spaces or Uniters before doing business with either company. Had I done so, I would have been forewarned of the problems I have encountered. All stated dates are based on the recorded dates in the Uniters Claims, however I believe they are inaccurate. Worst Customer Service! I ordered a very simple desk/writing table back on February 2nd, 2021, and to this day, have received nothing! In fact I was just told by a customer service representative (after waiting on the phone for 18 minutes) that my order is expected to ship sometime in the middle of July! Over 5 months to get an item that should have been in stock, or should at least have been delivered in a reasonable period of time 3-4 weeks! They do not answer the phone and when you ask for a manager, they will not offer one for 48 hours. I had some stoools delivered and was out of town when that happened and when we opened one, it did not fit the space. They were still in the box and because it was more than 7 days after our call they would not take the return. Their customer service is horrible and I am so dissappointed as I had ordered over $8k in furniture and was planning on potentialy getting more furniture from them, but due to this, i have cancelled all ... read more
