By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to the showroom looking for a new sectional, the one I had for the last 6 years was too small now. Spoke with one of the reps on the floor about different fabrics and she told me the fabric I ended up ordering was supposed to be the most durable and easy to clean. Being told this I decided to place an order for a sectional with this fabric. I was told it would take 8-10 weeks and I would have it by Thanksgiving- I purchased it 9/18. Living Spaces provides exceptional service during the time of selection with my furniture. The problem comes after they've received your money. Disappointment to say the least. Had the worst experience with their San Leandro location. Furniture was delivered with defects. Asked for a replacement part and the replacement part was infested with ants. This is not quality service. As of today, they've done very little to correct the situation. It's taken time with calling and emailing and the situation just gets more frustrating... read more

I had purchased this Elements bed frame about 3 weeks prior to my scheduled delivery date. On the day before the delivery, I was told that the it was no longer going to be delivered and it was going to be delayed due to manufacturing errors. I was confused, as since this is an elements bed frame, there is only one in California. I saw this bed with my own eyes, on the sales floor. Terrible customer service. Ordered some throw pillows on Feb 7th. One of the styles had the option of ordering individual or 2 pack and I ordered the 2 pack. When the pillows arrived I only got an individual pillow of that style. I called customer service and they said they would send another pillow but that it may take a few weeks since it was provided through a 3rd party vendor. Purchased sectional 6/17/2021 at Phoenix store. Was told that delivery was scheduled between 8am and 11am of 6/18/2021 at 10:30am received text message asking me to schedule my delivery. Called customer service line. They told me it was the stores fault and the best they could do was 6/19/2021. After several stints on hold was hung up on by Customer Service representative Sonia. Terrible service with zero solutions offered.

Terrible service! Got a recliner and the footrest won't stay up! Gave it 2 days and it kept doing it so called in to ask for a repair person. Got no response so started putting stuff up on Facebook and they finally responded. Now saying I have to wait another month for someone to come out and fix this! On hold for the 4th time for over 30 minutes with another 21 to go!

If only I could give zero stars. Terrible quality furniture and even worse customer service! Haven't even had our table long enough to have a dinner at it. Wiped it down to dust off and huge splinters came out. You can't even run your hand down it without getting splinters. I was just denied warranty and a return because they say it's wear and tear and not warranty. Uhhhh how is it wear and tear when it's never been used!? They clearly do not back the quality of their products. Just here to rip people off with terrible produ... read more

On 05/20/2021 We went into the Panorama City store to purchase outdoor furniture. to be exact, Malaga Outdoor furniture and spent approximately 4,700.00 As of today, June 15, 2021 we still DO NOT have the full order and have only received two chairs out of six pieces. We keep getting the run around and this business does not care about customer service whatsoever. We have called, emailed and even went into the store and no one is able to give us a straight answer on where are product is at and when it will arrive.

Ordered a leaner mirror mid February. The delivery date has changed 4 times and each time it's changed I've had to call and get an update as to why it hasn't been delivered. It's now mid June and I'm over it. Still no update, still no item. Canceling my order.
