Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. Paid $4300 for patio furniture on May 2nd. They assigned a June 15th delivery date. I recently purchased a sofa, recliner, and mattress and foundation from living spaces. At the time of purchase I inform my sales associate that I was disabled and unable to place my bedding in the provided plastic bags. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed a custom online order for a queen sleeper sofa and armless chaise on 3/18/21. On 5/18/21 only my sleeper sofa was delivered without an explanation from XPO as to where the other item was. I was instructed by the XPO delivery person to contact Living Spaces. After a number of calls to both XPO and Living Spaces I was told XPO could not locate the item. Both companies directed me to call the other. Awful experience with the delivery process. The delivery men were not able to setup the bed due to screws missing. Also, the delivery claimed the box was found open when they came across it. The rescue team was not able to come that day to resolve the issue, and I had to reschedule for them to come out another day. The day the rescue team was supposed to come did not appear at all during the time frame I was given. I am still currently waiting for them to show up to setup the bed. I purchased the Revive series 6 queen mattress in June - it was delivered the first of July. The sales guy told me "it will take a few weeks to soften up" (I ordered plush). It is honestly, the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I chalked it up to "just needing to be broken in" and now I wake up day after day with a sore back. It is literally the same as sleeping on the floor. And it's supposedly "plush". It is firmer than my firm mattress in my guest room. Let me start by saying that Living Spaces was at fault for a damaged mattress and did not make reparations. Up to this point, I had gone to Living Spaces and have spent quite a bit of money there to refurnish my house. Recently, I went in to buy my son a new mattress. After a few days, the mattress was sagging. I reached out to LS and was referred to a third party assessor, Saw Industries. Terrible customer service experience! We ordered a dining table in Nov 2019, which after delivery we discovered had a huge gash along the top. We were able to report the issue and although the table was back ordered, they delivered a replacement piece for just the main top part of the table (not the base) in Jan 2020. This table was a large expandable table with 2 leaves but when they replaced the table top they only brought the main piece with the gash and did not swap out the leaves.
