Antique Black Crown Mold Sideboard 80" My sideboard was just delivered. I specifically ordered an 80" sideboard and a 65" sideboard was delivered. I needed a larger piece to replace what I already had and the 65" sideboard I received was smaller than what was originally there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible follow through on warranty claims. This company is all about customer service in there showroom. Several workers eager to help.you make a purchase. However they lack follow through after you have placed an order. I spent over 1000 on a sectional and the couch came with major defects both times. Yes thats right, both times! Our first warranty was honored when the product arrived with black marks on the frame, legs chipped and the main cushions had black marks in multiple places. I will never buy from them again. Not only did they deliver a faulty 4000 dollar product but I have been waiting for over a month for the replacement. The day of the exchange came and they were no where to bee seen. I received no call, text or email saying that they were not coming. I had to call myself and ask and they didnt know what had happened. I try and file a complaint and no one has the common decency to at the very least email me back and apologize and make this right. Be careful where you spend your money.

Purchased bed on 4/2. Delivery was initially set for 4/3 between 2-5pm. I received a call that the delivery time was changed to 9-11pm. The bed never showed up on 4/3. Store closed on 4/4 for Easter. Called morning of 4/5 around 8AM. Was told the truck broke down doing delivery. The agent said my bed would be delivered 4/6 and put me on hold to confirm the delivery time. Ordered furniture in December. About 6 weeks later when it was supposed to be delivered it never came. Called and they said it was ALL backordered. Played this game for 5 months. Called and the furniture would be available and then all of a sudden on delivery day it would all of a sudden be on back order again. The last time they said it didnt show up at the delivery center and when I called they said part of it was shipped to California (im in Texas) and the rest of the order was again backordered. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from here. Although the store is clean and the furniture nice, my scheduled delivery did not show up. Customer reps via phone did not know why (also very long hold times) and there was no manager to speak with. I was told a manager would call me within 24 hours and that did not happen. When I went into the store the next day, the manager did refund my purchase but could not tell me why the delivery didn't happen. It is a very bad way to treat customers. Placed an order Dec 17, 2020 as a gift was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks, Jan 2021. Today is April 21,2021 and no communication has been made to update when these outdoor chairs will be delivered. They never said it would take 4-5 months to get delivered or else I would have never purchased them. Every time I call customer service you have to wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes-this is infuriating. They need to hire more customer service reps if they are going to continue to deliver unsatisfactory service. Problem #2 ... read more

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. I honestly have no idea how they have not been met with a lawsuit or unlawful business practices. My spouse and I ordered 3 items the first week of March 2021 and as of May 10th still have not received the items. We have called 3 times every week for the past month. They keep telling us they will call us back but never do. The shipping company they sent the order to was missing one of our items. Been waiting on furniture for the last 3 months. Easily took my money in the beginning but since then I've been lead nothing but astray from getting my actual furniture. Been told lies on when it's coming in, had deliveries cancelled out of no where, and the best one now is the delivery driver bringing my final missing piece lied to his boss, said he couldnt find the house and left.
