On 28.05.2022, furniture was purchased and a delivery service was purchased. 6/1/2022 My order was delivered to me. The movers who delivered the order damaged the chandelier, which costs $800, and damaged the stairs. They secretly took out the damaged parts, fraudulently forced my Wife to sign the delivery documents without explaining anything, and of course did not say anything about the fact that they damaged the house. On 28.05.2022, furniture was purchased and a delivery service was purchased. 6/1/2022 My order was delivered to me. Ordered this couch april 13. Delivery was changed 2 times. 2nd time, it was out for delivery May 27th and then they called that day within the scheduled window time, and said they weren't able to deliver the item. The reason was "unknown". They told me I had to wait another week to have it delivered. They ended up calling me before the scheduled delivery day and informed me that the couch was "soiled" and unable to deliver it. How could it be soiled all of sudden? We purchased a sectional reclining sofa set during the pandemic. We purchased the care free extended warranty plan to cover after one year original warranty expires. The manual recliner loop in between the cushions no longer works. It has normal use. No one from the primary customer care number can provide any directions other than pictures of how to put the sectional together. It does NOT provide any information how to fix the issue that presents itself. We would love to try to fix it ourselves but have no directions. We su... read more

I ordered a bed which was to be delivered from 2:30 to 6:30 today. At 6:45 I called the delivery service and was told he returned to the facility. I got no call alerting me to this and sat home for 4 hours waiting for this shipment by XPO. When I asked her why she cant call the driver to see what the deal was she hung up on me. I am not making this up. I then called Living Spaces and got someone out of Panama City and started to feel like I had been totally scammed.
