I discovered Gayle Palmer by doing a Google search for a Cranial osteopath. Which was suggested by a friend. I had been suffering from a form of vertigo for some months and felt that I needed, Specialist help as it was not necessarily my ears, it could be my neck. After my first appointment, the improvement in my balance was very marked. Gayle has been treating my head neck and shoulders, and I am delighted with the improvement. I was very sceptical, but felt I needed help, and I’m extremely pleased that I put my trust in Ga... read more

Came to see Gayle for myself and my 7 week old baby, I had to have an emergency c section due to developing pre- eclampsia. Which had left me with discomfort in my back. After one session with Gayle, I had left feeling instantly better. As for my little girl, who was struggling with tummy problems Gayle really took the time to get to know what was going on in her little body. She helped also with her ability with feeding. Which since then has been much better and a lot less dribbling😊

We were advised to see a cranial osteopath for our 5 week old after his tongue tie was released. So glad we went with Gayle who was professional and very experienced with newborns. He went from sleeping for 40mins to 2 hours stretches after the first 2 sessions and helped his colic, reflux and both of our body tension after a tricky labour and birth. I have no doubt she has been the reason we have our happy baby back so quickly and got me feeling myself again. Thank you Gayle (and Echo).

I damaged tendons in my hand at the end of November 2024 and being a man I decided that it would probably sort itself out so I will leave it. I visited Gayle yesterday, after six weeks of pain, and within 45 minutes under Gayle's amazingly knowledgeable care she managed to realign my hand, disperse the swelling and reduce the pain to restore normal function and mobility. Trying to fathom the art of Osteopathy is a waste of your time, putting yourself in the hands of Gayle Palmer is most certainly not. It is actually like mag... read more
