Reached out to Liverpool stair renovation after coming across their Instagram page. Wes came for the initial consultation- listened to my thoughts & gave his advice- happy to go ahead we booked in and kit was delivered. Very accommodating as we had to push their schedule back due to our renovations not being ready- which wasn’t an issue. Guys came as they said and really took onboard not only fitting the stair case but working with me on the surrounding areas. Really sad to have to write this review but we have had a terrible experience with Wesley Jones. Hundreds of promises to finish our staircase and now we are over 8 months delayed. Most alarming is that he has no concern for the safety our family. My 6 year old injured his foot because the steps were different heights. We still have no glass balustrade and we have many a sleepless night worrying about our 3 young boys falling off the edge of the stairs. We have taken multiple days of annual leave for them not to turn up. The ... read more
Appalling experience with Wesley. He is a complete conman. Endless delays. Dishonest (one of many examples - told he couldn't come due his child being sick when actually he was on holiday!). Poor communication. Shoddy work. Left with dangerous staircase for months. Pressure to pay upfront before work is done. Do not be fooled by his initial charm. Do not trust his other reviews.
