Awful house, awful customer service,awful attitude and poor management. had to reported to the council to get them done the work. Charge us for missing key when they literally gave the wrong key beforehand. Just saying, there is a reason why they only accept Chinese people to rent their house. Don’t even wanna give a star. Told that landlord would not accept me as a tenant as I am not Chinese. This Estate agent did not assist in challenging this and sent me a standard email saying that my application did not meet the landlord's criteria. This is poor.
