Very kind and helpful, and able to deal promptly with appointments.
Staff are very polite and very helpfull. Nurse is very thorough and thoughtful in her approach. Both my appointments were on time. Very good services
This is my second time having blood taken by the same nurse and both times has been awful. The most painful I have ever experienced for a simple bloodwork.
I have been with this surgery for almost 10 years and have repeatedly had negative experiences. It is almost impossible to book an appointment and see a doctor. The online form experience is miserable and it seems to be the only way to eventually get a response. If a response isn't clear, it's then very difficult to continue the conversation with the doctor.
