Exceptional service! Nigel was very friendly and just a great person to deal with, he made the whole process simple and stress-free. I bought a Volvo v40 a few months back. A couple of weeks in, a small issue occurred and Nigel took care of it with no fuss. By far the best experience I've had with a car dealer
Was sold a car in June and told they don’t do the normal warranties because they aren’t worth the paper they are written on. Was told to contact if I had any problems to get in touch. So 5 months later I have and now I’m told it’s past the 30 days. This wasn’t mentioned and I went with them as felt they were honest.
