Everyone at LittleJohns my girlfriend and I worked with was professional, prompt, and most importantly kind! I cannot thank Carolyn enough specifically for how understanding she was with me as an international student who was figuring out the whole process from the US. As someone who has worked with different property management companies over the past few years, I can say without hesitation that Little Johns was by far the best experience I've ever had letting a flat!

Littlejohns have managed my property for 18 years during which time I have been mostly working abroad. I have always found them professional, courteous and friendly to deal with. Were I to let out my property again, I would sign up with them in a heartbeat.
The agency you wouldn't recommend even to your worst enemy. Aside from the light bulbs (they were all new), they also renovated the apartment at the expense of my deposit, along with raising the rent exorbitantly every year... a disgrace in general.
Little John is a really good and professional agency. I had an absolutely amazing experience renting with them. They were quite efficient in handling and sorting any issues I had. Totally recommend.
