In DECEMBER 2023; at LITTLEBOURNE surgery, appointment was arranged by Northgate General Practice to be seen by KEVIN WARD: Cardiologist; He stated that he would arrange a tilted table top test. I have had NO contact since.. I tried contacting him via KIMS private hospital, where he also practices, no joy. As I was not a private patient, they would not pass on the message. July 2024: Telephoned Canterbury Medical Practice, they stated they had never heard of him. Left in LIMBO
Best gp I've been with. Efficient friendly service and can always get an appointment if needed.

Their pharmacy is really unhelpful and expect elderly people to do everything online.
It's a fantastic surgery, considering the current NHS crisis; we've always been given an appointment within a day two at any of the surgeries in Canterbury and the dispensary service has been very helpful with medication which my previous surgery in London always struggled with.
