It’s an amazing place with quick shop
I agree with the gentlemen's comments about click and collect. It's the first time I've used the service (I usually have delivery) and I failed to see the check-in facility on the email. I bought some grocery items in the store, for which I needed to pay at the booth (it included tobacco), and then waited at the 'customer service' point for someone to come and give me some customer service. Sent by my wife to pick up her John Lewis order. Chastised by the lady behind the counter for not having read the emails to say I have to click on the link rather than enter on the screen as per previously. Don't understand why staff have to be so rude instead of just helping. Ruins your day. Rest of the staff normally nice to be fair.
