Dr. Konz is always so great with the kids! He doesn't say "you should do this or that"...he always praises for the good job they are doing and then encourages to try and do a little more. My daughter walks out feeling good and wants to do better.
First timer! Great service all the way around, very happy to have found this practice.
Thank you for welcoming my son as a new patient and making him feel comfortable for his first cleaning. He was excited about the “goodie bag” and even wore the T-shirt to bed that night. He was quite excited! :)
Very pleased with my first visit.
My two boys absolutely love going to the dentist to see their “friends.” They get a coin for a prize after their cleaning and a goodie bag with a new toothbrush and some fun things. They love it, what else can I say?

I normally go to the Great Falls location. Since they didn't have time for several weeks to take care of a broken filling, they scheduled me to go to Ashburn. Unfortunately, they failed to transfer my records (x-rays, insurance, exactly which tooth had the problem, etc.) making me waste a lot of time (30-45 mins) eventually not receiving the records. Both locations have no clue what the other location is doing, thus there is a lack of incentive to try to stay with Costa Dentistry outside of the regular office I frequent. Bot... read more
My hygienist, Paola was once again WONDERFUL! She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and really cared about me and my family (my husband and our 3 kids go here). Plus, she did a GREAT job cleaning my teeth and recommending how I can do better. Thanks again!
Without question, the best dentistry practice I've ever used and I've been to a bunch in the US and overseas. Can't say enough good things about them. Very efficient and the people who work there know their craft!
