My daughter is a client with Little Smiles. I recently (on June 24) came for a dental cleaning visit for her when I was informed that I had to pay $75 fee for missing an appointment on May 7th. My daughter was sick and so I was not able to bring her. I had fixed up this appointment 6 months before and at that time I was not informed that a missed appointment would cost me $75. I’ve been going with Costa Dentistry for several years and unfortunately the receptionist is not close of the philosophy of this practice. She was mean, rude not even answering my questions and the whole attitude was so frustrating. My appointment went longer than I expected and ended at 7:20. This practice closed at 7:00 but it was not my fault to show me her madness of not being out of time. Dr. Browning worked on my chipped tooth and, as usual, was fast, courteous, and talented. Overall my experience was outstanding.
Dr. Konz is such an amazing person as well as dentist. He is extremely kind and patient with my 4 year old. She was a little apprehensive about the check-up and he made her feel comfortable. He let her hold his tools and explained everything he was doing.
