Super fast service. Great service. Honest and recommended actions for future oral health
Mostly the appointment was good... 1st person to take care of me was good and thorough.. she recommended that I get a fluoride treatment... so I said sure... but never got it.... except I was billed for it ... when the clerk at checkout went through it she said that she would check with the hygienist but then just removed it from the bill and let me leave... so did I need it or not? Also, we used to get a bag with a toothbrush and other things after a cleaning... this time I got nothing... not sure if this is a change ?

We have been coming to see Dr. Konz since he started here. He is kind and patient with my 3 year old daughter who is very upset every time we visit. Somehow he gets her to calm down and get her teeth checked.
Dentist and Hygienist were both great. This was our first visit after moving to the area and the team at the front desk on through were wonderful to work with. My daughter, who like most kids doesn't love going to the dentist, felt comfortable and told us it wasn't that bad! I'd say that is good from an 8 year old.

My 2yo daughter was looking forward to her dental appointment! I'd like to say she was well-prepared because she did her part to open wide and she didn't fidget much at all with Sophia the First playing on the screen overhead. The dental assistant (who's name I don't remember) was pleasant and patient with her teeth brushing, cleaning and rinsing. Dr. Konz is the best!
