As a new patient I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Killough was up to date with TMJ challenges and extremely responsive to the jaw trauma I recently suffered.
Erica was awesome! Exactly what I expected. Thorough and meticulous. She even caught the spelling error on my last name and had the front desk correct.

Had intended to follow my wife with transfer over to the Costa dental practice. However, cracked a tooth and needed to be seen as a new patient with some sense of urgency...was given appointment time within 2hours of request . Office staff was professional, handled insurances effectively. Great staff. Wonderful bedside manner. It would be nice if there was a play area for the kids while they are waiting.
It was a pleasant experience. The doctor connected very well with my 6 yo and he was excited about his regular cleaning. Would definitely recommend this well-maintained clinic. Bonus: Kids will feel happy for their playtime while we wait for appointment.
This is an amazing office.
The hygienist was sick who was working on me, lots of throat clear and nasal sniffles. Made me uncomfortable when they go back to the computer and the use the same gloves in my moythZ
