Dr. Konz is a great pediatric dentist. He and his team make my son feel comfortable getting his teeth checked, and they are always thorough when answering questions I have about my son's teeth.
Dr. Brown is the best! She is very warm and kind. My favorite dental experience.
The staff and Doctors are great, I really appreciate the support, kindness and professionalism. I am 100% satisfy with all the dental procedure, Dr. Browning explained me all the procedure. Dr. Browning and Dr Dorsch (anesthesiology) professionalism and taking care of a special needs young man was excellent, they raised the bar high and I fill very satisfied for all the treatment done to my son.
The cleaning process done by the Dental Hygienist (Trina) was very rough. It appears she's new to the job, but was trying very hard.
Very friendly staff and service. Dr. Konz is the best!! He's great with children.
I was a little nervous about my 2 year olds first dentist appointment but everyone was amazing and patient with him. The entire staff was super friendly, the Dr. was very thorough with me and the office was super clean and kid friendly. Both my son and I left smiling :) So happy we found them and would definitely recommend!
The patient centric care is wonderful. I am very impressed at the level of professionalism, the pursuit of excellence, and the thoroughness of the care. We consider ourselves very lucky having this practice close by.
My 6-week old was evaluated by Dr. Konz for lip and tongue ties. He determined she had a tight upper lip tie and performed a frenulectomy on the spot in the office. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The dental assistants were also very helpful and thorough in explaining the procedure and asking/answering questions. I could not be happier with the staff and am looking forward to continuing our family's relationship with this practice.
