We watched staff work with two upset children who did not share Little Smiles enthusiasm for cleaning teeth. They were wonderful with them.
We went to little smiles with seven kids. They all came out smiling. Not sure how many dentists could pull that off. You guys are the best.
Great job, cleaning was quick, had a small cavity and they fixed it on the spot. Great team and great customer.
I highly recommend Costa Dentistry for anyone in need of dental care. It was a great overall experience from the moment I walked in to when I left and made my next appointments. The front desk staff was attentive and accommodating, the hygienists were gentle and caring, and the doctor was precise, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Pleasantly surprised by a dental office! Used to the traditional setup of a dental office with the sound of a whirring drill. The whole patient experience is more like a positive 'customer' experience. From the Welcome gift, to the friendliness of the staff, to the high-tech equipment to better understand your oral care - pretty impressed with the practice and highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive and welcoming dental care.
Dr. Konz is great! He is very patient with my kids and takes time explaining everything. My children love going to their dentist. Dr. Konz and the team thank you!

The receptionist Carol is rude and no customer service skill!! Here is what has happened during my last visit on 9/29/17 at the checkout. (1) She asked me to pay for fluoride treatment without even checking my insurance coverage and insisted that all adults have to pay! I told her my insurance has the coverage and asked her to check then she said I am covered! (2) She asked me to pay a $75 missed appointment fee, which is ridiculous, because the only reminder that I got for the appointment was an hour before the appointment ... read more
