Of course I love this practice. That being said I was disappointed that I didn't receive one of the consistent hygienists and had someone new..... unfortunately she didn't know the office o practice so I was offered to watch a show... directed to amenities or a recap of my past visits. And since I needed to update my X-rays she had no idea how to function the new tools. My records show I have a minor gag reflex so once communicated she brought in a senior member to take over. I have been coming here for several years and last experience w/ Alexandra was awesome. She was very professional and made the whole experience extremely comfortable. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but if I have to, then I'm glad it's here.

I was extremely impressed at the atmosphere and friendly staff. Every person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. It is very clean and modern inside. They do a thorough job!
I had an old filling replaced with a new one. The dentist and assistant kept me informed through the process as to what she was currently doing and what she was about to do, which settled my nerves a lot!! Great job!everyone!
Texted appointment reminders don't work properly, and communication preferences aren't fulfilled accurately. Staff is friendly, but when I pointed out that the free sonic toothbrush was gifted to only one of my two children (not the one on the offer), no apology was given, nor was a second gift offered so that both children were compensated. Anyone with young children will know that it led to a complete meltdown once we got home.
