I was not happy with the hygienist. I have been coming here since 3 yrs and the never have been so sore.
It was just okay this time. I wasn't offered any services or a tooth-care package (floss, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) at the end of my visit. The desk people weren't as warm as they usually are. It was a bit shocking honestly.
Its difficult giving a good review for a "dental appointment" however as much as I dislike going to the dentist, Costa Dentistry is a good option. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave you are ALWAYS treated like a "somebody" and not just a customer number. Its also much appreciated the way the team treats your visit. Its truly a good experience and very highly recommended.

My prophy appointment was with Marissa and it was one of the best cleanings I had. She was gentle and very thorough, and on time. Very pleased. Thank you Marissa!
I was very satisfied with the hygienist and cleaning she did on my teeth.
Prices are frustratingly high, particularly if you're out of network or cash payer. Constantly telling us that we should think about getting fillings or other work done, rather than telling us when they advise for us to take action. Feels like we're constantly being sold. I go to a professional dentist to tell us when we need something fixed, not to tell me about every possible thing I could get fixed if I want to. Does it need a filling or not?
