The whole system is diabolical, it can become a part time job, filling out triage forms just to get an appointment. Not all forms are recieved so you are just left in limbo. Youll need WiFi otherwise no way of making appointment. They will not book appointments over the phone even though if you call and choose option "4 for appointments and reception".
