I'd give them a 3 stars only for the safety measures taken to protect the edifice but that's where the praise ends. Every institution is great or horrible because of their people or staff. The latter can be said of this place. Not really sure anyone would be keen to get into contact with the bunch of sleazy and rude persons misnamed as "carers" here. Be on guard!
