My cleaner was always very good indeed. However, when it came to light that my cleaner was charging me commission (which was then being handed over to 'management' every week as expected) and I was also being charged commission via a monthly direct debit, I asked for a refund of my commission payments that were paid directly to the company - that was many months ago. I used Little Angels for quite a while and was happy with the service until recently when two of my items were singed. What upset me mostly was that the items were hidden amongst other items. If an accident happens then a mentioning and an apology is the least one can expect. But to ignore it and leave it amongst other items is unacceptable.
