Today I was surprised by your lack of COVID precautions and your old school intimidation sales tactics. After test driving ten cars all around town today, the only ones I have eliminated are any from your location. Besides a few signs that say “we clean regularly” you wouldn’t know we were in the middle of a global pandemic. Not a single employee with a mask. Just bought my third car from Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks! Their service is great and the salesmen have been nice and never pushy. They’ve always been accommodating and prompt in their service.
Bought a van from you guys not long ago. I love my van, it’s amazing. But I’ve not been impressed with the service. When I bought my used van, I took it home and it had rotten food inside the sliding doors. Clearly wasn’t detailed cause it had grease all over. I took it home and cleaned it myself.(never bought a new car and had to clean it myself )When I bought the vehicle it was also late at night, I took it home and noticed a noticeable bulge from the skirt on one side.(broken clip I’m assuming).
