I will never do business with this company again. We invested multiple days and trips from Grants Pass to Medford. We finally did paperwork late Saturday night after closing, then came back on Sunday to finalize the deal, only to find the car was sold out from under us. Even worse, they decided not to call us, thinking they could switch us to a different car. They lost a great trade in they were getting from us, a solid sale, plus our business in the future. They earned the crummy car lot reputation you always hear about.
I went in for a free lifetime oil change and left with my highlander freshly vacuumed. Definitely 110% on the customer service skills.
I wouldn't have normally gone to a Lithia Dealer, but I was referred to Toyota by a friend to see Scott Wagon. Absolutely the Best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you for getting me into a vehicle that I absolutely LOVE within my budget! Also, thank you to Josh who also helped us out that day too! Thanks for being friendly, relaxed and not pushy AT ALL! You guys were wonderful and I will be telling my friends where to go! 😃

I think they should clean the engine compartment n wash a customers cars after each service.
Helpful, friendly service! Nice to have them nearby and it is easy to make an appointment for any service needed for my Toyota.
