While I generally have my work done by a private local car mechanic, I did take my vehicle in to have RECALL work done. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. I was greeted as I opened my door & immediately walked into "John's" desk. Pleasant connections, comfortable waiting area (which included TV), and the necessary work was accomplished in half the time I had planned. John did an excellent job guiding my car & me through the entire process. Thank you.
2nd Oil change with the lifetime oil contract. I usually opt to drop my '04 4Runner off during my lunch break and take the shuttle back to work and then have the shuttle pick me up after work. As long as you understand they aren't a quick lube place like Jiffy Lube, you'll be happy! Bought a new Rav4 a few days ago, from Greg T. Love the car. Great salesman. Somewhat fast experience, 3 hours or so. Don't think it could be faster, but it would sure be nice if it could! The finance department was helpful and quick. The only complaint I would have is the trade-in value of my old car. Granted it was old, but I still believe it should have been worth more. I even threw in the Houston Texans window sticker!
We took our car in for some recalls. When we got it back, there was a high pitched sound and it smelled hot, so we called and they told us to come back in , turned out it was the alternator going bad. They were short one person, but still, Mark squeezed us into their schedule that same day, since we were from out of town. They had us on our way by afternoon. Very courteous and friendly service department. Above and beyond great customer service. Thank you !
