I bought my car in 2012. In all that time I have never had a bad experience with Lithia Toyota. The system runs like a well oiled machine, and everyone presents themselves well.
All the horror stories are true. Never again. 8 years of customer loyalty. If I buy Toyota it will be out of the valley.

Well was not a great experience! Bought a Tundra about 6 weeks ago. We are not happy with our experience. Could have got the same truck for a lot better deal somewhere else. Still waiting on a callback from Evan guess customer service is not Lithia's strong point.
Who sells a car without offering a GAP INSURANCE my wife had a car accident and the 2014 camry that we bought there got totaled so instead of being helped they don't give a dam about they just wants us to paid off the car in one month after the accident no one there is helpful never never in my life gonna go back again Hey new costumers if you plan to get a new car there ask for the GAP insurance because they don't even offer that to you so don't get fooled ��
I have no complaints with the service department. I have been treated well and have been happy with the service. I bought my Tacoma new over 10 years ago and have received my oil changes all that time----be sure to buy the lifetime oil change. It's well worth the cost. John Oppy is an excellent employee.
