They literally did nothing. Didn't even look over my safety plan and left me alone halfway through my appointment. The lady I talked to couldn't have cared much less if she tried. Waste of time
I came here on 4 different occasions between February 2025 and October 2025 and I am very thankful I did. If it wasn’t for the two staff members Bob and Leon, they helped me realise the importance of focusing on the positives and forgetting about the negatives, they saved me from getting sectioned as they taught me the good values in life and I learned that at the age of 23, yes I did attempt suicide but I’m glad to see a more positive side to life as it is a gift and as humans we all make mistakes.
