Until about a year ago I would have rated this surgery a two purely based on an absolute witch of a receptionist however……. Two new receptionists male and female are absolutely fantastic!! Not overly intrusive, really really friendly and helpful. Well done in replacing ignorant unhelpful grumpy staff with fabulous people
I can't believe how consistently brilliant Lisbane Medical Centre staff are. So positive and reassuring on the phone and so keen to help. I know there's a common feeling that our NHS is broken. We could debate that endlessly. However we should also celebrate and give thanks for the parts that are truly excellent and Lisbane Medical Centre is a shining example of one that really works hard for its patients.
Only come to this place if you have to ,staff can be rude and ignorant and everyone knows you business.
