She was professional and patient and she gave me all the right information. She is an awesome doctor.
The wait times are ridiculous. If you have an appointment with Dr. Crane, expect to wait in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes AFTER your appointment time, then another 30-40 minutes for Dr. Crane to actually come to the exam room. It take 2+ hours every time for a simple appointment that should take 15 minutes. If Dr. Crane tells you she is going to order you labs, a test or send a prescription, she won’t. Great doctor, takes time and explains treatment/care!
I'll spare you all the runaround my wife and I endured, twice! However, I will say I have a real problem with people who don't do what they say they're going to do. Particularly doctors.
Dr crane is the best gynae/obs doctor on the planet
The anesthesiologist failed in getting my epidural procedure so half of my body was totally awake as they were preparing me for C-section. The anesthesiologist was asking Crane for less then 10 minutes to fix my epidural but Crane didn't let him, instead, she decided to put me under without getting either mine or my husband's consent. My patient rights have been violated. I am filing a grievance against Crane.
Surgery while in hypotension is a big no-no and increases risk of death. It possibly contributed to all the hemorrhaging. Our delivery was not an emergency. Nobody was in danger. The procedure could have been delayed or aborted in order to get it right, but Crane's unwillingness to step back and take a breath risked it all and ruined a beautiful, wonderful moment for first time parents. We relied on Crane as a professional. Don't make the mistake we did. I'm lucky to still have my wife.
